Acceptance
By creating an account or using Arc, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Arc is a personal financial planning tool. Projections, forecasts, and AI responses are educational estimates — not guarantees of future results.
Arc is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or tax preparer. You are responsible for your financial decisions.
Your account
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Household owners control invites and membership. Do not share plan access with people you do not trust with your financial information.
Subscriptions & trial
Arc may offer a free trial followed by a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout.
Trials and subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless canceled before renewal. Refund policies follow the payment provider’s rules and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse Arc to break the law or others’ rights.
- Attempt to access another user’s data without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
Disclaimer
Arc is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arc and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
